I’m Cynical Greed. Star Citizen is where the mercenary side comes out, but the next adventure doesn’t have to end at the edge of the ’verse. Sci-fi and space sims are right at home here. Anything else has a chance to earn a spot.

My library tells the rest of the story: thousands of hours in Rust and Valheim, sprawling factories in Satisfactory, and worlds worth getting lost in. Survival, exploration, building, and the temptation to turn one small project into an entire operation all have a place in the mix.

Some days that means heading into space. Others, it means another base, another production line, or finding out how long a plan survives first contact with a new world. From Subnautica and Astroneer to Enshrouded, Icarus, and V Rising, there’s plenty beyond the cockpit to explore.
